Hi,

I’m having an issue with sky cinema app on my iPad. When I try to watch a movie, it states watch on demand and watch trailer. When selecting on demand, nothing happens.
i have the same app on my phone and selecting on demand asks for the passcode and then the movie plays.
any help would be much appreciated.

Please help.
