Hi,

I just purchased an hp 'envy' two weeks ago with windows 8.1 system. as of yesterday, when i log into itunes the site refuses to play my music. it won't play CD's either. there is also absolutely no sound on any site. i don't know if these issues are seperate or not? i did clear itunes and then upload it again...still won't play. the only thing i can think of is to go back and find a spot in history that everything was working?

Please help.
