Hello all,

I have just completed a full reinstall of Windows xp on a friend of mine computer. I cannot connect to the internet to d/l the necessary drivers to connect to the internet and I'm really not even sure what I need. It is broadband, I called the ISP and they said they could not help me that I needed a driver. It is a Dell Pentium 4 386.
Now, even if I find a driver to d/l how would I transfer it to her computer? I'm so aggravated...this is my 3rd day of trying to help this poor woman

Please help.
